1. Handmade Nature of Products
All Stitchy products are 100% handmade to order. Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are part of what makes your item unique โ these are not considered defects.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within [7] days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: โข Custom or personalized orders โข Items purchased on sale or with a discount code โข Gift cards
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at orders@stitchy.store with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at orders@stitchy.store with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first โ unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within [14] business days via the original payment method.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
